The Well Care Team
The Well Care Team was formed to bring pastoral care to the church members while there was only a part-time pastor. Since then this team has continued their work alongside the pastor to assist in the regular care needed for a healthy church. The Well Care Team includes:
Meal Trains
When hardship strikes our members the Well Care Team is prepared to deliver meals to help ease the burden.
Grief Counseling
The team has a specially trained volunteer who is prepared to navigate the hurts and hangups of life alongside so those who most need it.
Prayer
This division is available after every Sunday service to pray with those in need and they receive the prayer requests each week.
Hospital Visitation
A team specifically dedicated to those who are most lonely and in need of visitation simply offering their presence and prayers for those in the hospital.
Funeral Planning Assistance
This team comes alongside the pastor to ease suffering families so that they can simply mourn while the funeral planning and care is handled by their church family.
Community Care Team
When it became clear that there were needs among the elderly, the widows/widowers, and the disabled in the church, the Community Care Team was launched. This team can help with landscaping, light cleaning, and handyman tasks around the home.
