Seth was born in raised in the Central Valley. He believes that Jesus is the most interesting man in all of history and the Bible is the most interesting book in all of antiquity. His goal in life is to help people love Jesus and his Word.
Seth is married to his wife Katie and has four children: Felicity, Parker, Micah, and Norah.
Seth has his bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University where he majored in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Studies.
He is currently in progress on his Master of Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Kevin Oliver has been serving local ministries for almost 30 years. He joined the Well staff in 2014 as the Youth Director. Kevin  followed that up with being licensed and ordained in 2016 through GHC. Entering full time ministry in 2018. His passions are raising up young leaders for today’s church and keeping the church relevant through local connections. He serves our youth weekly, is the lead of Love Empire and serves on the Empire MAC. He’s a big kid who does his best to point people to God's word for personal relationships. He loves silly games, and loves to laugh at himself.

Luke Williams began his first pastoral ministry role in January 2025 here at The Well, bringing years of experience in youth ministry and worship leadership. He has served several small churches  by leading worship for churches throughout the valley. Luke spent a year and a half volunteering with Shelter Cove’s youth group, and later joined their staff as Youth Worship Director in 2022. Luke is passionate about discipleship and creating meaningful worship environments, and he carries that heart into his role at The Well. He hopes to be a good teacher as well as student as he continues to lead here at our church.

“Meet Ms. Jess! Jessica Oliver is our Well Kids Director, called to lead Children’s Church at the Well in November 2017. She believes that excitement leads to opportunity, which creates the perfect chance to teach kids the truth about Jesus and His unconditional love. ‘At Well Kids, truth is the center of the show, and we deliver it with so much energy and joy that our kids can’t help but want to return!’
Fun Facts: When she isn’t leading kids, Ms. Jess is often digging in her garden or treasure hunting at a thrift store. She runs on chocolate and a cup (or three!) of coffee, and considers music and dancing her ultimate mood booster.”
